Project Coordinator, Rural Micro-Enterprise Development Project, India – Provided implementation and management support on project aimed at integrating small farmers into mainstream commercial channels through the creation of a horticulture supply chain.
Proposal Coordinator, Emergency Horticulture and Livestock Project, Afghanistan – Undertook a mission to Afghanistan to prepare a World Bank-funded project proposal aimed at providing alternative income-generating opportunities to Afghan farmers.

Author/Researcher, Georgia Private Sector Development – Wrote a country sector strategy note for the fiscal year 2004 on private and financial sector development in Georgia. The strategy note focused on governance and regulatory issues and their impact on the business and investment environment, constraints for private sector and export led growth in the country.
Consultant, South Caucasus Capacity Building Needs Assessment – Conducted a needs assessment mission to Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan to identify the knowledge and training needs in the regions economies.
Co-author/Researcher, Capacity Building – Co-authored a needs assessment, a guiding document on capacity development needs, for twenty eight client countries in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia regional portfolio of the World Bank Group.
Consultant, Capacity Building Programs, Private Sector Development–Designed and developed over 40 capacity building programs using multi-media tools (mainly videoconference-based global seminars) on topics including micro-finance, corporate governance, anti-money laundering, Small and Medium Enterprise development and World Trade Organization standards governing global agricultural trade.
